The latest perfume of David Beckham in 2012 is called The Essence. It expresses adventure, drive, determination, and cherished moments with family and friends. Even though David is one of the world’s most successful sports stars and celebrated style icons, he would never exchange the precious moments he spends with his loved ones. This is the very essence of David. He is very involved with the fragrances he chooses and pretty sure many would love it.

The Essence fragrance includes the top notes of sparkling grapefruit, lavender and fresh violet leaves. Middle notes an aromatic good thing of cardamom oil with juicy notes of pineapple and apple. And base notes embraces a woody chords of patchouli and cashmere wood with tonka bean.

DESIRE the New Fragrance of Dolce & Gabbana - January 8, 2013 at 2:45 am

This January 2013, Dolce & Gabbana will initially launch in Italy its new fragrance ”Desire” then will roll-out in the following months globally. This is in collaboration with Givaudan’s in-house perfumers, the fragrance design team at P&G Prestige, Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce.

Scarlett Johansson models the Desire perfume which is the successor of the popular fragrance The One. Desire is said to include top notes of Bergamot, Mandarin, Lychee and Lily of the valley. Middle notes of Madonna lily, Tuberose, Jasmine and Plum nectar. And base notes of Caramel-infused vanilla, Sandalwood, Musk and Cistus labdanum.

As what the P&G Prestige vice president Luigi Feola said “This is for the woman who wants to feel unique, beautiful and sensual. She owns the room when she enters. She’s not just noticed, she attracts the attention of everybody and is sexy but not vulgar”.

Research says that fragrance has no permanent effect on jewelries like gold and silver as well as your precious stones. However, some layer of perfume might dull its shine. Be warned with your pearls though! It is important not to get the scent to your pearls because it can destroy the gem’s surface. It will eat away the shell.

Justin Bieber released a new fragrance “Girlfriend” especially created for his female fans. It has an interesting purple bottle encased in a kind of spiral cocoon. Fragrance contains the crisp scents of mandarin and juicy blackberry with exotic floral notes pink freesia and star jasmine, and sultry notes of orchid and luminous musk.

Come to think of it, the launch of Bieber’s Girlfriend perfume is timely when his actual girlfriend has a perfume out. So which one are you buying, Justin’s Bieber’s Girlfriend or Selena Gomez perfume? Just some thought. Anyway, you can wear Bieber’s Girlfriend perfume and smell like you’re his girlfriend. Or wear Selena’s perfume and smell like you’re Justin’s actual girlfriend. So what do you think?

Jennifer Lopez has launched its newest fragrance, GLOWING, which is the evolution of Glow. This perfume is somewhat different from the others. Would you believe that the Glowing bottle actually lights up when it is sprayed? How cool is that? A perfume container that actually glows is really fanciful and I love it! It’s like you’re in frenzy with ethereal glow whenever you spray.  And come to think of it, if you’re going to watch a movie and you can’t see the path. You might as well spray some of your GLOWING perfume and shed some light on your way and maybe just maybe attract some cute guys. What do you think? Light up!
